This page explains how users may request deletion of personal data that may have been processed through the JadiJago Ads Performance application in connection with Meta Platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, the Meta Marketing API, and WhatsApp Business Platform.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data, please send an email to:

Meta App Data Deletion Request
Please include enough information for us to identify the data associated with your request. Where applicable, this may include:
- Your name
- Your phone number or WhatsApp number
- Your Facebook or Instagram account information
- The name of the relevant business or organization
- The relevant WhatsApp Business Account or business profile
- Any other information reasonably necessary for us to locate the applicable data
Please do not include passwords, access tokens, or other sensitive login credentials in your request.
Verification
Before processing a deletion request, we may ask for reasonable verification to confirm:
- The identity of the requester, or
- The requester’s authority to act on behalf of a business or account owner
This verification is used to help prevent unauthorized deletion of information.
What We Will Delete
After a valid request has been verified, we will delete or anonymize applicable personal information under our control that is no longer required for an authorized business, security, contractual, or legal purpose.
Depending on the services used, this may include:
- Contact information
- WhatsApp user identifiers
- Phone numbers
- Message content stored by our systems
- Message metadata
- Webhook records
- Meta account identifiers
- Integration logs containing personal information
- Other personal information associated with the requester
Data We May Need to Retain
Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required, including for:
- Compliance with applicable laws or regulations
- Fraud prevention
- Security and abuse prevention
- Accounting or contractual obligations
- Establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims
Where possible, retained information will be minimized or anonymized.
Processing Time
We will review valid data deletion requests without undue delay.
Where additional information or verification is required, we will contact the requester using the contact information provided in the request.
No Fee
There is no fee for submitting a data deletion request.
Revoking Application Access
Users or authorized business administrators may also revoke JadiJago Ads Performance access through the relevant Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business settings.
Revoking access stops future authorized access to the affected Meta asset, but does not automatically delete information previously stored by our systems.
To request deletion of previously stored information, please follow the instructions above.
