JadiJago Ads Performance (“Application”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is operated by PT Alpha Berkah Teknologi.
This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, accessed, processed, used, stored, and protected through the Application when it interacts with Meta Platforms and related services, including the Meta Marketing API, WhatsApp Business Platform, and other Meta APIs authorized for use with this Application.
JadiJago Ads Performance is primarily intended for internal business operations and for managing, analyzing, reporting, and supporting digital marketing activities for authorized business accounts and clients.
1. Information We May Process
Depending on the features enabled and permissions granted by an authorized Meta account, Business Portfolio, business administrator, or client, the Application may process the following categories of information.
Meta Advertising Data
We may process advertising and marketing information such as:
- Meta Business Account or Business Portfolio identifiers
- Ad account identifiers
- Campaign information
- Ad set information
- Advertisement information
- Advertising spend
- Impressions
- Reach
- Clicks
- Conversions and attributed events
- Advertising performance metrics
- Placement information
- Device information
- Demographic and reporting breakdowns made available by Meta
- Catalog and commerce-related information where explicitly authorized
WhatsApp Business Data
When a WhatsApp Business Account is connected and authorized, we may process:
- WhatsApp Business Account ID
- Business phone number
- WhatsApp Phone Number ID
- Business profile information
- Message IDs
- Sender and recipient identifiers
- WhatsApp user identifiers
- Phone numbers
- Contact or profile names when provided by WhatsApp
- Incoming and outgoing message content
- Message type
- Message timestamps
- Message delivery status
- Sent, delivered, read, or failed status
- Media metadata and references
- Webhook events
- Conversation or message history where the relevant Meta or WhatsApp functionality has been explicitly enabled and authorized
We do not request or collect Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp passwords through the Application.
Technical and Operational Data
For system operation, troubleshooting, security, and integration management, we may process:

- Webhook event logs
- Error information
- Date and time information
- Meta object identifiers
- Integration configuration information
- System activity relating to authorized API operations
We only intend to process information required for features that have been enabled and authorized.
2. How We Use Information
Information processed through JadiJago Ads Performance may be used to:
- Retrieve and analyze Meta advertising performance
- Prepare advertising reports and dashboards
- Manage authorized advertising activities
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance
- Receive and process authorized WhatsApp Business webhook events
- Support customer communication workflows
- Maintain authorized conversation records
- Troubleshoot API and integration issues
- Detect technical errors, abuse, or security incidents
- Maintain operational records
- Support internal business processes
- Comply with applicable contractual, regulatory, or legal obligations
- Improve internal reporting, advertising, and communication systems
Information obtained through Meta APIs will not intentionally be used for purposes materially unrelated to the functionality for which access was authorized.
3. Authorized Access
We only access Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business assets where the relevant business, client, account administrator, or authorized representative has granted the required permissions or access.
Access to a business asset through the Application does not transfer ownership of that asset to PT Alpha Berkah Teknologi.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information obtained through Meta Platforms.
Information may be shared only where reasonably necessary with:
- Authorized personnel of PT Alpha Berkah Teknologi
- The client or organization that owns or controls the connected business asset
- Meta Platforms where required to operate the integration
- Infrastructure and technology service providers used to operate the Application
- Google Workspace services, including Google Sheets or Google Apps Script, where configured as part of an authorized reporting or integration workflow
- Professional advisers, regulators, law enforcement agencies, or other authorities where disclosure is legally required
Service providers may process information only as necessary to provide their services to us.
5. Data Storage and Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the requested services
- Perform authorized business operations
- Complete reporting activities
- Maintain required business records
- Resolve technical or security issues
- Meet contractual or legal obligations
When information is no longer reasonably necessary for these purposes, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, or legitimate retention requirements.
Aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer reasonably identify an individual may be retained for analytical or operational purposes.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

Meta access tokens, application secrets, passwords, and similar credentials are not intentionally made publicly available.
Although we take reasonable security precautions, no electronic system or data transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Deletion Requests
Individuals may request deletion of personal information processed through JadiJago Ads Performance.

To help us identify the relevant information, a request should provide sufficient details such as:
- Applicable phone number
- WhatsApp number
- Meta account information
- Business account name
- Relevant business or client name
- Other identifiers reasonably necessary to locate the information
We may request reasonable verification to confirm the identity or authority of the person submitting the request.
After a valid deletion request has been verified, applicable personal information under our control will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where continued retention is required or permitted for purposes such as:
- Compliance with applicable law
- Prevention of fraud or abuse
- Security purposes
- Establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims
- Other legitimate legal obligations
Where appropriate, we may also instruct relevant service providers processing the information on our behalf to delete applicable information.
There is no fee for submitting a data deletion request.
8. Revoking Meta or WhatsApp Access
Authorized business administrators may revoke the Application’s access through the relevant Meta Business, Meta Developer, Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business settings.
Revoking access may prevent the Application from collecting new information from the affected Meta asset.
Previously stored information may remain subject to the retention and deletion provisions described in this Privacy Policy.
9. Children’s Privacy
JadiJago Ads Performance is intended for business and professional use.
The Application is not directed toward children, and we do not knowingly use the Application to intentionally collect personal information from children.
10. International Processing
Some technology or infrastructure providers used in connection with the Application may process information in countries other than the country where the relevant user, customer, or business is located.
Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use service providers and processing practices consistent with applicable privacy and data protection requirements.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time when our services, integrations, legal obligations, or data processing practices change.
The latest version will be made available on this page.
The effective date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated when material changes are made.
